Some people are carrying more than you realize.

The ones who stay calm, show up, and keep moving forward may still be carrying something heavy. Strength does not mean the load is light. Sometimes it means someone has simply learned how to carry it well.

As leaders, mentors, and colleagues, we should never confuse composure with the absence of struggle. Give people room to be human.

You never know how heavy someone’s load is. A little understanding can make it lighter.

For the @okcthunder NBA Championship parade today, I dug through our @kfor archives and decided to give Thunder fans this look back on everything they've been through the last 17 years, all the while showing this uncommon team nothing but unconditional love.

Enjoy.

To be in the College Football Hall of Fame, a coach must have won at least 60% of his games. Mike Leach won 59.6%.

RT if you think Mike Leach should still be included in the College Football Hall of Fame

This is what baseball size hail will do.
A prolific hail storm moved south through the OKC Metro Tuesday (6-7PM). One of the hardest hit areas was around Quail Springs. Pics from Steve Proto.

No better way to celebrate National Walk-Ons Day than this ⤵️

Inspired by the recent $50,000 donation by @FbStutsman to 18 of his walk-on teammates, @walk_ons surprised the team by matching Danny's pledge. Watch 'till the end for an extra NIL surprise for @HeineckeOwen‼️
