The Home3 app is getting a massive upgrade. What started as a property search tool with basic AI chat is evolving into a full AI-powered real estate platform, and $HTS holders will get early access to the most powerful features.

Regulatory Progress
Our MENA team met with the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) this week as part of our Sandbox application process, where we presented the Prop3 solution and overall platform vision. We've been asked to provide further details and clarifications around our business model and operational framework as the next step.

Qatar Web Summit

Blockchains work, some teams are working hard, and in my opinion, this is where we need to focus our attention. Gone are the days of Altseason, where everything pumped 100%. Today, we must do our research thoroughly and choose the right project.

The PROP3 app, which enables the tokenization and fractionalization of real estate, will be launched in Qatar early 2026 with the goal of eventually expanding into the MENA region. The first real estate properties will be tokenized = project visibility
In February, the team will have a booth at the Qatar Web Summit, where more than 700 investors are expected to attend.
In a few days, @Home3Suite will submit its application to the Qatar Central Bank Sandbox.
The QCB Regulatory Sandbox is a framework that facilitates live testing of innovative financial technological solutions in a controlled environment regulated by Qatar Central Bank. It would allow the team to tokenize real estate without being penalized if it does not fully comply with regulations, but with the benefit of advice from the QCB to help it achieve full compliance.
Currently, the team is still awaiting a decision from Qatar Fintech Hub regarding a potential investment.

HOME3 in One of the Most Selective Fintech Pre-Accelerators
Our pre-accelerator journey officially kicked off yesterday, and it's worth noting just how selective this program really is.
Out of 350+ applicants, only 13 startups were chosen.
The program is known for its rigorous multi-stage selection, with acceptance rates around 2โ5%, comparable to world-class accelerators.
Startups must show strong MVP readiness, a clear path to scaling in Qatar and the wider MENA region, and alignment with strategic fintech themes, all reviewed by panels from QDB, QCB, and QFC, alongside partners like Kearney.
We're proud to be part of this cohort, surrounded by founders building the next generation of fintech innovation across the region.
HOME3 at Qatar's 3rd Real Estate Forum
Meanwhile, our Qatar team joined the 3rd Real Estate Forum this week, a key gathering shaping the future of Qatar's property and investment landscape.
It was a great opportunity to connect with industry leaders and explore how technology and innovation are driving the countryโs real estate evolution.
We are pleased to announce that we have been selected to join the Qatar FinTech Hub Pre-Acceleration Program 2025.
The program will put us on the map in the Middle East and support us to register legally in Qatar as our Headquarters. It will also accelerate our development and open many doors to investors. The future is bright for HOME3!
