[XRP Ledger Foundation @XRPLF]

@ClearpoolFin is building XRP Ledger credit rails with XLS-65 vaults and XLS-66 lending.

@cicadacredit underwrites the credit and @Ripple participates as an LP / capital provider.

We cover the private credit model, ledger-native security, institutional use on XRPL, and on-chain uses of borrowed capital.

[Clearpool @ClearpoolFin]

@JKronbichler joins @Vet_X0 to break down why @ClearpoolFin is building out institutional credit infrastructure on the XRP Ledger:

→ The move from EVM to the XRP Ledger
→ Security built natively into the ledger, not smart contracts
→ Loans backed by real receivables, not crypto collateralization

He also shares why moving slowly through the design and build process with large institutions becomes a trusted feature in the long run.

Clearpool, Cicada and Ripple are building institutional credit infrastructure on the XRP Ledger.

I wanted to know how do loans on the XRPL differ with the upcoming XLS-66 and XLS-65 amendment?

Lending comes without smart contracts, how is the security seen by institutions?

Favorite use of off-chain collateral: turning high-quality receivables into liquidity on XRPL.

🗓️ The governance vote is coming.

In one week, voting opens on the proposal to expand Clearpool to the XRP Ledger and migrate CPOOL to CLEAR.

"We’re incredibly excited about this development. This initiative is a major milestone because it marks the very first institutional credit product built natively around Ripple’s new RLUSD stablecoin” our co-founder @onchainpanini said in a recent interview.

He added, “Ultimately, what we hope to achieve together is to unlock highly efficient, transparent working capital for fintechs while providing secure, compliant yield opportunities for institutional lenders.”

[Clearpool @ClearpoolFin]

Most on-chain yield fades when the market turns. Institutional lending on the XRP Ledger compounds instead. Every loan is drawn and settled in RLUSD on XRPL, and that turns into a flywheel. 🧵

Tokenization made assets portable. This makes them productive.

Credit that grows the network it runs on.
