Young breast cancer (YBC) patients are a unique, often underrepresented subpopulation in randomized clinical trials.
In this large, diverse YBC cohort, recurrences were most frequent among HR+/HER2–, G3, or HR–/HER2+ invasive tumors; most were distant.
