Great to attend the meeting organised by @UNISON_WL, where the focal point of discussion was the privatisation of Care Homes in West Lothian.

There is an urgent requirement for social care provision in the area. I urge @scotgov to effectively address this matter.

@BootsUK I ordered Barbour Sunglasses, when collected at my local store the had a security tag. Our local store were unable to remove. They helpfully called another store 7miles away. We had to pay parking and spend time traveling to both stores. Really not good enough

@BootsHelp I ordered a gift on 9/11/21, expected shop delivery 15/11/21. No contact from Boots, called customer care 6/12/21, this was unhelpful, unacceptable and patronising. Pushed to refund with no clear/unbelievable explanation of non delivery. Patronising use of apologies.

Just back from a weekend at the George at Chollerford. Great setting, could do with refurbishment. The meals were cold or at best lukewarm. I had hot soup once and one hot breakfast. The breakfast was only hot because I asked them to microwave it. @Shearings

@RoyalMail If you use this service for Australia don’t believe the timescales on the website. My last two parcels were posted on 3 Oct 2020. One arrived on 26 Oct and the second one hasn’t arrived yet.
