@DefendersKE has received reports about the arrest of rights defender @Mendy_Mkenya (Dife), affiliated to @FoundationGf & @UhaiWetu. He was allegedly arrested on Monday 24/7/2023 and is allegedly being held at Muthaiga Police Station.

Reason of arrest is still unknown but our legal team will act on the matter.
