I booked @airindiain ticket for dated 03rd May 2020 through @makemytrip. But due to lockdown that not get operated. When I approach MMT for refund they said refund not allowed by airlines. Whereas air India is ready to refund.

How can I reschedule my booking which was suspended earlier? MMT app shows the suspended flight in a completed trip section no credits have been given and the app shows no option for rescheduling. Please advise @makemytrip @airindiain
