@eurowings after flight was unexpectedly moved to different time (Fri 16 Aug - London to Zagreb), we are now facing an additional delay with our connection in Cologne. We have missed a whole day of our holiday as a result. What is your response? This is simply not acceptable.

@eurowings I understand Julia- and in meantime- we are meant to spend additional money for refreshments , and loose a day of holiday. What compensation is at cologne airport (vouchers) or does that not exist for this situation? I appreciate the apology but what am I to do, right now?
