@Amaro_VT@CHSilverss@SylvieClosVT@Damiamme59 here's how I read it, considering if I put myself in their shoes. Read this carefully.
"I don't want to play this game over a mistake I made that made me frustrated. There's really no point in me trying to play again, ever."
hope this helps. like really. holy shit.
@barskykd@MadKamikazius@VALC_6 and that's why Valve is successful, because they aren't anti-consumer.
I don't know what hole you crawled out from, but it might be great over there for you and your extremely closed-minded takes.
@MichaelShanks I appreciate you and the work you've done for the franchise as a whole. but maybe because this has happened with Amazon, it might not be the right way forward to want any Stargate to still happen with any of their involvement at all.
@barskykd@MadKamikazius@VALC_6 and perhaps that option is so grossly anti-consumer that it just tanks the reputation of anyone who takes it for a quick guaranteed buck and they have to build their goodwill back up after the exclusivity ends and maybe "fix" their game too while they're at it. sure i'd take it
@barskykd@MadKamikazius@VALC_6 no one remembers Phoenix Point. I don't know if that's a good or bad thing.
the worst thing Epic did for Phoenix Point was make it exclusive, which led to it being awful, practically inaccessible, and closed off to feedback that would have made it better.
