@JamesNK@timobr Umm what Timezone is that … the moon ?
I am UTC +10, if you posted that 12pm my time ( ~4hours ago), you’d need to be in UTC+22 for it to be the 6th.
Also Friday is the 5th, Saturday is the 6th … and I just realised perhaps I fell for some elaborate joke.
@aussiesoph@Wyd_eshuu I often do, involuntarily. And struggle to get back to sleep before the 7am alarm goes off and I feel worse than I did at 530, but 530 is too damn early to get up.
@Tunamayostyles@seisaku_tyosaku More to do with thermal shock not any pressure from the inside … the hot water make the glass expand faster than the other side, increasing the stresses.
You’d be better off pouring a few buckets of lukewarm water not 1 of boiling water
@Awakend_Citizen Such toxic parenting.
Like the people that have a stuffed toy doing something wrong so they beat it to a pulp to scare the kid into thinking if they step out of line they will get beaten as well.
@JCChristopher Your either trolling or have no idea what new battery/how many batteries you been through means
It means how many batteries replaced not recharged, not recharging.
@securecat@seltzer If the list is 20,000 pages, a ddl may be an issue, and may require a text box to set the page number, also a good alternative to a ddl, non intrusive, provides simple fix for rare occasion it’s useful.
@securecat@seltzer Which I alluded to, given you need to show the current page/total page anyway a ddl is barely any work, also if working your way through the list and your browser crashes when your on page 50, is nice to be able to get straight there (for contrived example)
@securecat@seltzer If it’s a fast response then it’s not too bad to just click next 100 times, if it’s slow response the divide and conquer approach is better.
@avivafashion11 How about with a specialist, “give 1 weeks notice to cancel or be charged”, then 1 hour before your 9am appointment you get a message saying it’s cancelled as they are sick … so who should I send the invoice to.
