The scramble pass attempt near the right sideline / endzone (when he was drilled again) was just stupid. The whole mindset was wrong. I go 20+ sms, 3 calls from GOP organizations; some started with “illegal aliens voting”. Radio adds implying Obama is for “No” and saying “Yes” will dilute black /brown vote.

@sunfunjjj @Timodc Biden oil hikes were mainly a result of sanctions on Russian (Ukraine) and Iranian oil (Trump destroyed JCPOA), post-Covid supply chains restart issues, OPEC (aka Trump friends) restricting output in 2023 (in time to impact election mood). Not geopolitical self-immolation.

@RadioFreeTom Unfortunately, it is worse than this in the gen election. A significant portion of those who used to vote R have been primed by Fox, social media, talk show, and peer pressure to suffer a visceral reaction towards voting the alternative (D). A Clockwork Orange kind of stuff.

Based on the repeated pattern, players and coaches seem to OK or surprised with it. They seem to keep eluding themselves that they can “cruise” thru the next game after a win. We are not that good, and we are playing below our capabilities.
