Facing an unauthorized credit card transaction of ₹73,000+ on Zepto. I did NOT share or enter any OTP, yet the transaction was processed.

Card blocked immediately and complaint raised with ICICI Bank (SR: SR1108602098) + cyber crime portal.

This is extremely concerning.

I was charged ₹4050 instead. This lack of transparency is disappointing, especially as a frequent flyer.

Kindly look into this and arrange a refund
