@BritishGas your are shocking.Adding cost to my account which now amount to over £3k. Paid my bill in April, how can it go up to £3k? They say they will call back, they don’t. I call and it doesn’t get sorted. And hang on let’s stick more charges on instead for non-payment. AWFUL

Brought a set of this @TrippLuggage used them once and the lock is already broken. According to them “their luggage is strong, ultra-lightweight, great quality and great value for money.” I agree it is ultra-lightweight!!!

Well I’ve been on hold for 1 hour 30 to speak to @TUIUK. After calling 15 times for the last two weeks! Still no answer! Just shocking!!! Plus they want to charge me £600 for a holiday towards end of August. Which I’m sure they can’t guarantee we can enjoy without restrictions!
