$AREC too. @ReElementTech germanium line (line 1) shares a platform for gallium production. Curious if we have feedstock (recycled or otherwise) to produce in the near term. Sounds like pricing will be supported by chips for a while.
Gallium trades at roughly $2,100 a kilogram in Western warehouses. Inside China it is about $247.
That is a gap of about 8 times, according to Asia Times reporting on chip-grade minerals.
China's gallium exports fell to 350 kg in August from 7,200 kg in July, according to Chinese customs data. Every kilogram of the August total went to South Korea.
The US Defense Department is putting $174 million into a gallium plant at Alcoa's Wagerup refinery in Australia, targeting 100 tonnes a year.
@probzunknown@ReElementTech Yeah, I figured lmao. But makes sense we're predominately recycled right now. If progress continues the way it has, this time next year is gonna be wild.
Can't wait until they pull back the curtain on what they've been up to. Meanwhile, oxide prices are starting to hockey stick!
$AREC the amount of rare earths and critical minerals used in a submarine is nuts. For example: a single U.S. Navy Virginia-class submarine requires roughly 9,200 pounds (4.6 short tons) of rare earth elements and critical minerals. Full of germanium-containing instruments, too.
ANDURIL UNVEILS $6.6 BILLION SUBMARINE INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION
Anduril says Arsenal-2 will be built at Tradepoint Atlantic in Baltimore County, creating 3,100 direct jobs and more than 11,000 indirect jobs.
Anduril and the U.S. Navy will invest $6.6 billion to expand America’s submarine industrial base and increase production capacity for the Virginia-class submarine program.
Initial Arsenal-2 operations are expected in 2030.
Nothing beats an Unknown exclusive! $AREC Check out his thoughts on the settlement that has weighed on us but is now virtually behind us. Now we wait for the financials!

Clearing the Overhang and Putting the Cash to Work
On @tryprismxyz
I'm feeling really bullish on this update overall.
I walked through things in detail, but this overhang removal clears things up quite nicely and allows us to really get things started.
To be fair, I am a bit annoyed that things are taking this long, and the share price continues to suffer accordingly, but as I have said many times before, there was a reason.
Let's hope that we can get the remaining filings on time before next Thursday's deadline.

@probzunknown@tryprismxyz Wassup Probz! I've reincarnated myself since my other acct is still suspended (yeah, Sovereign's suggestions unfortunately didn't work).
Def looking forward to what your analysis yields; I'll read the 8-k when im free. Getting rid of this burden should be a net positive though!

The Battery Show North America
Dates: October 12-15, 2026
Location: Huntington Place, Detroit, MI
E-Waste World Expo North America
Dates: October 28-29, 2026
Location: Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, GA
The event that stands out to me is the Maxim Group Growth Summit. One of the sessions is on "Critical Minerals & Mining", and specifically one topic that caught my eye here is on SpaceX and Tesla critical mineral sourcing trends.
Timely given recent reports that SpaceXSI will be massively scaling up internal production of things like fiber optics which consume substantial amounts of Germanium. They will surely require require a domestic, and traceable commercial supply of Ge, and a wide range of other minerals/metals. Interesting.

$AREC it would be nice to have a conference call with the caught up 10-Q releases but maybe you'll reserve that for the Q3 10-q (?) which will hopefully be released on time during earnings season, in November. 🤞🏾

🇺🇸 64 GW in 2026.
90 GW in 2027.
That’s Goldman’s latest forecast for U.S. data center capacity.
AI is scaling faster than the energy infrastructure behind it.
The next bottleneck is not computing.
It’s power — how much, where, and how fast.
https://t.co/QSHKqO3XEb
This morning, @GoldmanSachs raised their projected 2026 US data center capacity forecast by +8% to 64 gigawatts and their 2027 capacity by -6% to 90 gigawatts.
Importantly… Goldman significantly increased their US data-centre related electricity demand to 12 gigawatts(+38%) in 2026 and 17 gigawatts (+38%) in 2027.
To put +29 gigawatts of new electricity demand growth over 24 months into context… the largest nuclear power plant in the USA (the Alvin W. Vogtle plant in Wynesboro, Georgia) is just 4.6 gigawatts.
A month ago, Helen Amos of @BMO produced a research piece stating that each gigawatt of new data centre capacity will require a matching gigawatt of new generation capacity… because the permitting of new data centres is increasingly going to require a dedicated power source. BMO estimated that the copper intensity is ~35,000 tonnes of copper per combined new gigawatt.
The rapid buildout of data centre capacity and associated power generation will require VAST quantities of copper.
The research teams at BMO and @DeutscheBank have come to this conclusion first, by increasing their long term price targets for copper to $18,000 per tonne and $22,050 per tonne… it’s $14,258 per tonne today.

@TheMetalnomist Great article! One would ask where they will get the DFAR-compliant germanium from for the fiber optics. $AREC by way of their stake in @ReElementTech is what comes to mind! Company is slept on but they have some big updates coming this month!
