If the police categorically knew NB had fallen in the river, why didn't they say that rather than it being a hypothesis,and why search buildings?

Bottom line, they tell fibs, they make things up,they throw stones continually.. and they wanted out of the RF. Then realised they are nothing without that connection. Pair of hypocrites
