Just ran my first ChatGPT persona/conversion alignment prompt for my websites that @crestodina showcased at #LocalU on Monday.🤖📊

@JoyanneHawkins Hey Joy, has anyone brought up how their GBP panel on the right side isn't appearing anymore? I can search a competitive brand and it appears. But through GBP Manager I click See Your Profile and I got nothing. Any insight you can share? Thx.
@JoyanneHawkins From the home services perspective our site traffic has declined as well BUT it's been our informational keywords feeling the brunt of the drop. Our transactional+location bases keywords are relatively flat. More often the how to queries get the AI overviews, not a "near me" SERP
Home service companies need to jump ship on keyword centric blogs, near me pages, and anything else they heard about from an old whiteboard Friday video. It's practically irrelevant now. Adapt or die.
Remember when page meta descriptions mattered? We tried to cram as many keywords into a character limit that made something resembling a proper English sentence or two. And now Google mostly rewrites it themselves. Spend more time on your title tags. That's where the click is at.
Had a great time yesterday back at the old alma mater participating in @Miller_Business #DialogueDays. Great panel discussions on media mix/marketing communications and the future of AI in sales & marketing. Had to stop by @BallStateMedia and check out the new anchor desk too!
