MY biggest anti-lazy benefit with @whoop isn't even activity related. It's finally ordering blackout curtains. 3rd observ that my HRV,RHR&recov improve during work travel; despite less sleep, more stress, MORE caffeine.
Only difference - hotel room is dark, my room is not.
