Current @teamcrafters_fb and @prizemaptcg guy, and semi-average Pokemon TCG player, future scalper /s. Will eventually ragebait you if I haven’t already.
LIFELONG GRAIL OBTAINED
I’m officially a member of the 1st Ed Zard club.
Thanks @TeamCrafters_fb for giving me money to carelessly drop $7k for cardboard.
@NaloVideo@TeamPokeColors That’s the fun part, it surprises me to this day how many will ignore a security leak when it’s reported and we’ll document. They should be held responsible for sure.
I think that’s great you’re security focused. The point I’m trying to make is people should be allowed to experiment and play with tools available to them. If they want to take risks with security, that’s fine but should be held responsible for consequences.
I’ve been coding since I was 12 and have almost 10 years professionally in the industry now. Today my job security is fine, fixing “slop” people have tried to make, but one thing I have never done is shot down their vision and say they should’ve never attempted it in the first place.
I mean yeah if you're collecting user data then you need to be responsible, but if its a read only site with no user info stored, what's the harm?
Yeah, I've personally found massive user vulnerabilities in other's vibe-coded apps, it's there. I just beat the bad guys to it and reported it like a nice person.
@NaloVideo@TeamPokeColors If we’re concerned with vulnerabilities for a hobby pricing project you’re overthinking it.
On the other hand prompting with AI has also made me so much money these past few years 😂
@TeamPokeColors Even better haha, sure send it my way! And I’m open to help with any questions you might have, I made a few web and mobile apps in my day 🙂
@MidTierHero@pokebeach It could be a hire for just that one event. The article already gave an example of people that just see the franchise for money. Some of them just want a quick buck and have no concern for the future.
@lord_farquad765@Iamthenyeh@pokebeach It does bring the wrong crowd in, but what I don’t understand is why the $1000 limit? They could have gone stricter.
This pic is literally from this morning in Indy, what would this be called? I guarantee you those Prismatic ETB’s are not $60, and they got a lot.
@Kramaramb In the short term, it’s pretty stuff to look at. But soon I plan on selling off some of it and putting it in an investment account for my kid coming later this year. Lil dudes gonna be a baller.
@Iamthenyeh@lord_farquad765@pokebeach Here’s an example, what’s wrong if the vendor advertised their slabs on Facebook marketplace and offered to arrange after hours, offsite meetups?
In concept TPCi should have no say so here, the vendor and buyer just happen to both be near an event.
