@theonlyjasonlee It was clear as day for me that Kelsey was the shooter from the day it was stated that Tory Lanez DNA was found inconclusive on the firearm and the gun powder residue was found on Kelsey’s hand. Her invoking her 5th amendment proves my theory. The end.
