@KillaXBT On same chart you see many examples when this cross didn't mean the expected outcome. The only indicator that can tell bear market is over is the weekly RSI bull div. Do not exclude the possibility that another last low is going to be done in Oct-Nov.

@BitMartExchange @sheldonbitmart it's clear you don't have money to satisfy all withdrawals. Imagine that there are people depending on those blocked ammounts. Start the withdrawals by percents or limited per day/week till you find solutions for your own mess.
