A few problems:

1. As a progressive I kept getting bad suggestions for Corp Media (my lowest complaint)

2. Honestly the pricing increases fees for me and the whole family we're not worth it for what we getting.

3. The biggest issue was YouTube music even after disliking a song it would play again and again when I pick some of the auto playlist of the from supposed music I would like. Sometimes I want to find new song but it is like chalk board screeching to hear something you already said you hated.
