And when @nsui students were protesting this harsh and unjust burden on poor and middle-class students, University has responded with expulsion and criminal cases.

@lkouniv, you are a public university. This is not how a public university should treat students fighting for affordable education. They are students fighting for fellow students. Not criminals. Listen to them. Work with them.

First, I thought it was just the BJP as a party looting India, building 5-star offices, elections money and breaking opposition parties.

Then I thought it was Adani, quietly taking control of all resources and swallowing existing businesses.

Later, I realised it wasn't just one company or one party.

It was BJP ministers, MPs, MLAs, and the entire ecosystem looting with both hands.

Slowly, to our shock, we started discovering that even our Dham, temples were not spared.

Never in India's political history have we seen a PM spend like a royal king on personal luxury and branding, nor have people dared to question what happens around temple donation boxes.

Now it is easier to understand why RSS and BJP want complete control over universities, media, and temples.

Control the narrative, control the questions, and nobody asks where the money went.

This is a serious frightening situation for India.

Good to see that the RSS debate is now attracting “legal luminaries” too.

I am ready to discuss, deliberate and debate this issue anytime, anywhere on law, Constitution, transparency and accountability.

And I sincerely hope this post targeting me by @JethmalaniM will not be billed to either the BJP or the RSS.

Mr. Mahesh, you say:

“A dynast indulged by inheritance does not become larger than the Constitution merely because he sits in a ministerial chair.”

Interesting pravachan coming from the son of Shri Ram Jethmalani.

A surname may open doors, but it does not automatically give weight to every argument. And certainly, invoking the Constitution while defending opacity does not make the argument constitutional.

Let me remind you of a basic distinction:

You are selected representative.
I am an elected public representative

Not once. Not twice. But, Thrice.

So, before lecturing me on constitutional morality, please answer the real question: why should any organisation of such scale, influence and public activity remain outside ordinary legal transparency?

Please get yourself appointed as the RSS designated legal representative and respond to our queries in my office if they allow you.

Also, this applies equally to all the “legal luminaries” writing editorials and delivering pravachans on TV.

PS: if you don’t mind me asking Mahesh ji, do your children:
- attend RSS shakhas
- spend time Gau Shalas
- drink Gau mutra
- Are they Gau or Dharam Rakshaks (at least part time)

रफत हुसैन का आरोप है कि महिलाओं की बदतमीज़ी पर वो पुलिस को बुलाते हैं तो 150 लोगों की भीड़ थाने में इकट्ठा हो जाती है और उनपर हमला करने की कोशिश करती है जैसे-तैसे पुलिस भीड़ से रफत हुसैन को बचाती है

लेकिन आख़िर में रफ़त साहब पर ही एक FIR भी दर्ज कर लेती है.

My view: The Ramayana is a mythological epic and literary work shaped by Valmiki and generations of storytellers, not a verifiable historical record. When myths are presented as unquestionable reality, they can discourage critical thinking and become tools of social and political influence. A healthy society should be able to respect its cultural stories while distinguishing faith from fact and mythology from history.

समस्या भाषा नहीं है, नरेंद्र मोदी अंग्रेज़ी नहीं बोल पाते, इसलिए हिन्दी बोल रहे हैं और अनुवादक अंग्रेज़ी में बोल रहा है, यहाँ तक कोई दिक़्क़त नहीं है।

दिक़्क़त है शब्दों में, दिक़्क़त है बॉडी लैंग्वेज की, दिक़्क़त है राग-दरबारी गाने से। आमतौर पर अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति को 'मिस्टर प्रेसिडेंट' कह कर सम्बोधित किया जाता है। लेकिन यहाँ नरेंद्र मोदी उन्हें बार-बार 'एक्सेलेन्सी' कह रहे हैं। ये है सबसे बड़ी ग़ुलामी की निशानी।

अब आते हैं शब्दों पर। नरेंद्र मोदी, डॉनल्ड ट्रम्प की किस बात के लिए भूरि-भूरि प्रशंसा कर रहे हैं? पूरी दुनिया में तहलका मचाने के लिए? पश्चिमी एशिया में कौन सी शांति स्थापित की ट्रम्प ने, जिसकी नरेंद्र मोदी इतनी तारीफ़ किए जा रहे हैं?

हमारे नाविक मारे गए, उसके लिए इतने मीठे शब्दों में अनुनय-विनय? कि उनकी जान की रक्षा महत्वपूर्ण है? माना कि डिप्लोमैटिक बातचीत में आप किसी का कॉलर नहीं पकड़ सकते, लेकिन इतना घिघियाया भी नहीं जाता। आपको बोलना चाहिए था कि भारत शान्ति का पक्षधर ज़रूर है, लेकिन भारत की सेनाओं ने चूड़ियाँ नहीं पहन रखी हैं। अमेरिका की ऐसी कोई भी धृष्टता, हमारे सम्बन्ध हमेशा के लिए चौपट कर सकती है।

आप हाथ में पर्ची लिए एक-एक लाइन डर-डर के बोल रहे हैं, आपका हलक़ सूखा जा रहा है। बुला लीजिए किसी बॉडी लैंग्वेज एक्स्पर्ट को, और पूछिए उससे कि क्या ये विडीओ देख कर ऐसा नहीं लग रहा है कि शहंशाह के दरबार में बैठा एक मुलाज़िम, उस शहंशाह की शान में क़सीदे पढ़ रहा है?

पुराने ज़माने में अगर बादशाह सलामत किसी को चाकू फेंक कर मारें और निशाना चूक जाए तो दरबारी कहते थे कि 'ख़ंजर ने ना-फरमाबरदारी कर दी' मतलब चाकू ने महराज के आदेश की अवहेलना की है। आप भी कुछ वैसा करते नज़र आ रहे हैं।
