@Hertz I need an email address where to send a complaint please. The booking was made in the UK but the car was picked up in Naples, Italy. The car had a pre-existent damaged tyre which burst on the motorway. Fortunately nothing happened to myself, only minor damage to the car.

@Ryanair @askryanair we have just received this email which is incorrect as antigen is enough:effective from the 16th December entry requirements for Italy are changing: UK and Northern Ireland: only with PCR test taken within 48h prior to arrival. THIS IS INCORRECT PLEASE RESEND

Hi @askryanair @Ryanair please update your rules for paxs traveling to Italy from the UK . As per UK & IT government website an antigen taken 24hrs before arrival is fine, NO PCR needed with 48HRS. Please do not add more stress to people that trust you as an airline 😉
