Also instead of beef, look at chicken.

Even as a student you can cook cheaply with no waste. But it's going to require you to adjust, not the world.

In fact the stir fry is easiest to do last because you can use all of your leftovers from the week.

And chicken is cheaper than beef.

Sauerkraut is salt and cabbage and completely passive.

Stir fry is whatever you want to put in there and it takes 10-15 minutes.

Braising is almost just as passive. It's low heat and time plus whatever seasonings you want to add.

Difficulty - mid low.

2. A head of cabbage is 3 different things if you aren't lazy or uninspired.

Turn half into sauerkraut, use a quarter to make a stir fry and braise the last as a side.
