Modern medicine gave my grandfathers quantity of life, but robbed them of quality. Those final 7-10 years weren't living—they were existing. Watching their slow decline transformed me. It became my why.

"Cholesterol Is A Molecule Of Life & Mitochondria. We Need LDL, It Actually Helps The Body Fight Infections."
"LDL Is Also An Unsung Hero Of Immunity."
"We Have Chosen Markers In Modern Medicine That We Have Well Designed Drugs, So It's A Really Really Good Way To Sell A Lot Of Drugs."
Research has confirmed over & over that the higher your LDL the longer you live. LDL is a transport molecule for cholesterol & a vital immune system regulator. Lowering LDL thru statin drugs has deadly & deleterious effects.
For example, It has been documented that when LDL drops below 70 mg/dL, hemorrhagic strokes (brain bleeds) increase almost 3 fold.
When total cholesterol is chemically lowered below 180 mg/dL the rate of cancer & dementia increases drastically.
And when total cholesterol stays below 150, chronic illnesses like cancer & autoimmune diseases occur & cannot be healed nor put into remission.
Without Abundant Cholesterol Our Bodies Cannot Make:
Testosterone
Aldosterone
Cortisol
DHT Dihydrotestosterone
DHEA Dehydroepiandrosterone
Estradiol
Estriol
Estrone
Progesterone
Vitamin D
LDL, HDL & Cholesterol Are Essential For Life:
Protects against chemicals, toxins & heavy metals.
Prevents dementia & cognitive decline.
Protects against all cause mortality.
Production of all steroid hormones.
Bone density & Osteoporosis prevention.
Protective against stroke & heart disease.
Important for lungs & airways.
Building block of all cells & mitochondria.
Absorption of Vitamins A, D, E & K.
Critical for digestion & bile acids.
Immune system protection against infections.
Protection against bacteria, pathogens & viruses.
Lowers risk of cancer & death.
Lowers risk of depression & suicide.
Lowers stress, cortisol & anxiety.
For Vibrant Metabolic & Mitochondrial Health:
A low carbohydrate diet prioritizing nutrient dense animal foods, eliminating harmful seed oils, sugar & processed foods provides the best healthy cholesterol profile.
This approach keeps Triglycerides low & HDL high, which is one of the best Biomarkers for Cardiovascular health. TG/HDL ratio optimally should be 1.5 or less.

Dr. Richard Mackarness published "Eat Fat and Grow Slim" in 1958.
No sugar, no carbs...just meat, butter, and cream.
He had it figured out 67 years ago.
We spent the next seven decades doing the exact opposite, getting sicker, and calling it science.
The biggest problem that the nutrition industry has with the carnivore diet is that it's lead purely by peoples experiences.
Initially they tried to tell us that the science proved no short term benefits until the amount of us who experienced them were too many.
"I switched to avocado oil!"
From what?
"Canola."
Great. You went from a 9/10 on the inflammatory scale to a 6/10.
Now try going to 0/10.
It's called butter.
@SBakerMD I happen to like organ meats so I eat them frequently but I completely agree with the Doc here it doesn't make much if a difference if you don't eat them. Maybe if your diet consists of low quality protein the organ meats might make a difference
Fish Sticks w/ Homemade Tartar Sauce using Homemade Duck Egg Mayo (no carb batter)
TARTAR SAUCE
- 1/2 cup homemade mayo (I make it using duck egg, avocado oil, sea salt, & mustard powder)
- 1/2 cup minced baby dill pickle
- Little lemon juice
FISH STICKS
- Cut cod filet into strips
- Sprinkle salt & pepper on fish
- Dip fish in egg
- Coat with pork panko (Not the panko bread crumbs. Just crushed pork rinds)
- Fry in beef tallow
Crushed pork rinds make for a DELICIOUS fish coating! I like to mix in a little more salt & pepper to the pork panko. And of course, you can never go wrong with beef tallow. The food just comes out so crispy, and not greasy at all. Love it!
The human body is so much stronger and adaptable than anything else on this planet. Once you give your body a fighting chance miracles will happen.
Carnivore is the fighting chance
A 2.5-year-old was given a year to live because she was dying from intestinal failure and withering away. Her mom put her on a carnivore diet and within 2 months, she came off of IV nutrition for the first time in her life.
Doctors were astonished. They had never seen anything like this. Nobody is supposed to survive this condition but the girl not only still lives, she has recovered and lives a normal life today as a 5-year-old.
Her mom, @CHealthCollect, wrote a book about MMIHS and her daughter's journey and has been able to help some other children as well! She's on X but much more active on TikTok under the same tag.
