@100_kMokone@misumuzi_4 Probably through the contract which has rates but it doesn't change that invoicing shouldn't happen without getting quoted for the services/goods to be rendered. In this case the City seems to be just accepting whatever is invoiced. I wonder which system to process all of this.
@l_moseki@misumuzi_4 An agreement covers the scope of work, yes, however for payment in a organisation with proper procurement practices the service provider still has to quote exactly what work is/will be done at a point in time as agreed and overseen by the organisation before PO, before invoice.
@sc_nyathikazi@misumuzi_4 Exactly!! I mean we can even take it to the scope of work from City that the supplier uses to quote. Before even the letter of appointment is issued the City should already have a quotation so they can budget accordingly! Yoh!
@ItsLithaAfter9@LethaboS2@Grasee71@Momentum_za Ba tshaba Ombuds. I took Sanlam to ombuds because they paid less money when my gran passed. Complained and when I saw gore they are not taking my complaints serious, I sent all their emails and all documents to ombuds. We got payment literally two weeks after ombuds intervened.
@Glo_Mu @Dischem It's a sensodyne issue. I bought a different Sensodyne tube to yours from @CheckersSA which is also supposed to come out as white but the paste came out blue as well.
