At least for once, we have the right man for the job in this government. If you have followed Water CS @mugaa_eric, you will agree that he is the best CS in this regime, yet he gets zero publicity. He is so hardworking and committed to service delivery, but not many people would recognize. Infact, majority of Kenyans in rural areas don't even know his face.

Those who enjoy publicity like Murkomen and Duale are the worst. This CS made Gladys Wanga look like Gaucho huko Omabei. In Malava, Hon Ndakwa had to hire women to perform a background dakwaaa ndakwaaa song but this never interrupted Mugaa from hard hitting statements as he called out incompetence.

The reason why we are seeing competency in him is because he is ministering to what he studied. The Right man at the right docket. I watched him in West Pokot asking pertinent questions and i liked his approach to stifle laziness in his ministry. If we cared of meritocracy, this is a guy to retain. He is the right man for the job. Another Matiang'i this one.
