@easyJet I will be taking this up with @TUIUK, however, at least 20 others had the same issue at the airport. Oh and just by chance your patronising staff are ready with card machines to massively fleece your customers

@StephanieThorb1 @TUIUK Yes I feel the same! I just wanted to swap destination, but they’ve said that the holiday is still ‘within normal terms and conditions’ … and because it’s so close to my departure date (5th November) that if I want to cancel it will cost 90% of what I paid for the holiday!!
