🎓 We recently had a Leadership Development training in Bangkok 🇹🇭, led by Namrata Chandramohan Bali from SEWA Academy. Focused on essential topics such as self-reliance, organizational leadership, and the role and responsibility of leaders, the training brought together HNI’s Executive Committee, leaders, and its secretariat. 👥

💡 The sessions combined theory with hands-on creativity, making it a dynamic and enriching experience. We explored what it means to be self-reliant as individuals and as part of a collective, the importance of looking ahead as a leader, and we deepened our understanding of effective leadership.
