@cannibalstocks I prefer Autonation, covenant leverage is now over 4 for GPI to AN 2.77 with rising yields that’s not comfortable. I think Greg is buying to stop anymore aquizitions. Also check out Mangements incentives, GPI managers are encouraged to aquire while AN to buyback.
@CJ0pp3l The report also mentions... Tessara Blue B.V. (New Dutch Entity): On May 21, 2026, Sygnity incorporated a 100%-owned subsidiary in Utrecht, Netherlands named Tessara Blue B.V. This will help with M&A outside CEE.
@IJW121@valuehurts At a tiny market cap, $DSG trades at <1x sales (vs 3x+ for most serial acquirers).
lets say they cut dev costs and free up £500k. They only need to generate/acquire an extra £100k FCF to grow FCF 20% for the year. Checkout early days of Software Circle.
@IJW121@valuehurts Spot on, But that heavy spend was partly funding the Talentis migration. Post-migration, the thesis here is they'll shift legacy to maintenance, lower CapEx, and flip a portion of that operating cash flow into FCF to help fund the new acquisition strategy.
@ardaarkun Why not just buy more CNR and have the Thermal backstop with the Met optionality... they will both generate similar FCF but CNR feels the safer play
@david_katunaric Have you looked at $DSG.L? Sub £5m market cap recruitment software co transitioning to a serial acquirer, Matthias Riechert (Software Circle chairman) joined the board in Feb 2026, and Will Thorndike's Sun Mountain Fund holds around 12% as per their IR page (I hold shares)
@Gastrader976@Fin_Eng_Net Flow Traders for me has been a sleep at night portfolio position which I can sell in the next 2020 panic. This slight pivot impacts that quality of sleep. A true black swan event will naturally hurt them if they go from milliseconds to up to a minute holding period. ive reduced.
@Gastrader976@Fin_Eng_Net Flow Traders launching a "deep learning division for directional trading" is a massive regime shift, not just a tech upgrade. Historically, their moat is market-neutral market making. Shifting to short-term directional prop trading entirely alters their risk profile.
@silentallocator@LunchInvesting The Bond was paid off today, but i understand the SPK has become much stricter about owners using the "offsetting" method and not actually putting in any cash for the raises, could be why approval is taking longer
