Extremely unhappy with the horrible service being provided by @cromaretail@SamsungIndia for the purchase of their flagship products. A simple frame for their premier frame tv has still not been provided after 5 months of the purchase!
Please don't buy from them.

@amazonIN@Lenovo_in A person will check the working condition of a gift but he's not responsible for checking details of this sort. You've made an error and this should be corrected even if the 7-day replacement period has lapsed. I'm requesting again for a resolution 2/3
