What do you think you have done differently? All I see is inefficient claims, poor service experience, an unreasonably denied claim, and the fraud seems to be on your end.

Plenty of companies do stupid shit that piss me off, this one is beyond awful.

Timeline of a Super warranty claim:
April 26: Request a/c unit inspection as it is not functioning
April 28: tech comes and finds various problems, Super eventually approves a fix
May 27 (4 WEEKS LATER): tech comes back to fix a/c
...
