La incorporación en este proceso negociador de un país latinoamericano en desarrollo como el Perú fue muy bien recibida por diversas delegaciones, entre ellas Hungría, Reino Unido, España y otros países europeos, además de Canadá, EE.UU y Japón, quienes ofrecieron su colaboración para ayudar a nuestro país en la implementación de un entorno regulatorio promotor pero, a su vez, responsable para la IA. Durante su intervención el Emb. Chuquihuara destacó, entre otros aspectos:
✅ los recientes avances normativos que viene adoptando el Perú respecto de todo el ciclo de vida de la IA, sobre la base de estándares de seguridad basados en riesgos;
✅ la prioridad que se le otorga al uso de la IA para el desarrollo económico y social, así como para la mejora de servicios públicos como educación, salud, justicia, seguridad digital, seguridad ciudadana y defensa nacional.
✅ la promoción del uso ético, transparente, inclusivo, sostenible y responsable de la IA en nuestro país; y,
