a loom TUI and character lab built on llama.cpp

go from base model + seed doc → branching continuations → conversational looms with emergent AI characters.

Carla can run entirely local and take you through the whole process up to evaluation design, which will serve the next phase of the build: training.

my intention was for Carla to feel like a video game for crafting digital minds!

inspired by work from @parafactual’s computer-10 and others experimenting with looms like @deepfates @viemccoy @repligate et al
