📢 #SIR2026 Telangana | Special Intensive Revision of Electoral Rolls

The Election Commission of India is undertaking the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 to ensure an accurate, updated and error-free Electoral Roll.

📅 Key Dates
🔹 House-to-House Enumeration: 25 June – 24 July 2026
🔹 Draft Electoral Roll Publication: 31 July 2026
🔹 Final Electoral Roll Publication: 01 October 2026

🏠 Enumeration Process
🔹 BLOs will visit households to distribute and collect Enumeration Forms (EFs).
🔹 Electors may also download and submit forms through the ECI App and https://t.co/M86EcuGpv0 .
🔹 No documents will be collected during the Enumeration Phase.

📝 For Electors
🔹 Submit duly filled and signed Enumeration Forms to ensure inclusion in the Draft Electoral Roll.
🔹 Form-6 will be available for new voter registration.
🔹 Form-8 can be used for corrections and updation of electoral details.

🤝 Transparency & Facilitation
🔹 Help Desks have been established at all ERO Offices, the DEO Office and the GHMC Commissioner Office.
🔹 Weekly meetings are being conducted with political parties, BLOs and BLAs.
🔹 Extensive awareness campaigns are being undertaken across Hyderabad District.

📄 After Draft Publication
🔹 Electors whose names are not included in the Draft Electoral Roll will have an opportunity to respond to notices issued by EROs and submit prescribed supporting documents, wherever required.

⚖️ Important
🔹 Possessing more than one voter registration is an offence punishable under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act, 1950.

ఇది ఒక భార్య తన భర్త అకాలమరణం తర్వాత రాసిన ఉత్తరం
"నా భర్త మరణించిన తర్వాత నేర్చుకున్న పాఠాలు"

మనం ఎప్పుడూ అనుకుంటుంటాం – మేము ఎప్పటికీ బతుకుతాము.
చెడు సంఘటనలు ఎప్పుడూ ఇతరులకే జరుగుతాయి అనుకుంటాం.
కాని అదే విషాదం మన మీదకు వచ్చినప్పుడు, జీవితం ఎంత అస్థిరంగా ఉందో అప్పుడు మాత్రమే తెలుస్తుంది.

నా భర్త ఒక ఐటీ ప్రొఫెషనల్ – నా భర్త టెక్నికల్ కావడంతో తన జీవితం అంతా ల్యాప్‌టాప్‌లోనే ఉండేది –
తన “to-do list”, ఇ-బిల్లులు, బ్యాంక్ స్టేట్మెంట్లు, ఇమ్పార్టెంట్ పాస్‌వర్డ్స్ కోసం "IMPWDS" అనే ఫోల్డర్ కూడా ఉండేది.

ఒక రోజు నా భర్త ఆఫీసు నుంచి తిరిగి వస్తూ రోడ్ యాక్సిడెంట్‌లో చనిపోయాడు. అతని వయస్సు కేవలం 33 ఏళ్ళు.
ల్యాప్‌టాప్ క్రాష్ అయిపోయింది – అందులోని సమాచారం అంతా పోయింది.
ఫోన్ పూర్తిగా ధ్వంసమైంది.

ఆయన బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్స్‌లో నామినేషన్ లేదు.
ఇన్సూరెన్స్‌లో నామినీ ఆయన తల్లి – ఆమె రెండు సంవత్సరాల క్రితమే మరణించారు.
ఇమెయిల్ పాస్‌వర్డ్ నాకు తెలియదు.
ఏ బిల్లులు స్టాండింగ్ ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్షన్‌తో పేమెంట్ అవుతున్నాయో కూడా తెలియదు.

ఆఫీస్ సంబంధిత పనులు మరింత క్లిష్టంగా మారాయి —
ఇటీవలే ఆయన విభాగం మారింది, ఎవరికి రిపోర్ట్ చేస్తున్నారో కూడా నాకు తెలియదు.
ఫోన్ అలవెన్స్ క్లెయిమ్ చివరిసారి ఎప్పుడు చేసారో కూడా తెలుసుకోవడమే ఓ టాస్క్ అయింది.

ఇఎంఐ మీద కొనుకున్న ఇల్లు ఇప్పుడు భారంగా మారింది.
ఇన్సూరెన్స్ తీసుకోకుండా, అదే డబ్బుతో ప్రీపేమెంట్ చేద్దాం అనుకున్నాం —
ఒకరు సంపాదన ఆపితే ఏమవుతుందో అప్పుడే తెలిసింది!

ఇప్పుడు ప్రతిదీ ఓ ప్రశ్న —
డెత్ సర్టిఫికెట్, ఎఫ్ఐఆర్, పోస్ట్‌మార్టం రిపోర్ట్ —
ప్రతి ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయంలో ఫారాలు, ఇండెమ్నిటీ బాండ్, నోటరీ, సాక్షులు, ఒప్పంద పత్రాలు…

బైక్, కారు, భూమి, ఇల్లు — ఇవన్నీ వేర్వేరు ఆస్తులు అని అప్పుడు తెలిసింది.
బైక్ ట్రాన్స్‌ఫర్ చేయాలంటే లీగల్ ప్రాసెస్ పూర్తి చేయాలి.
సక్సెషన్ సర్టిఫికెట్ పొందడం వేరే సమస్య.

తర్వాత మొదలైంది పేరు మార్పు ప్రక్రియ — గ్యాస్ కనెక్షన్, కరెంట్ మీటర్, ఇల్లు, వాహనం, ఇన్వెస్ట్‌మెంట్లు, నామినేషన్…
నేను పూర్తిగా చిదురుముడిగా అయ్యాను.

విలాపించేందుకు కూడా సమయం లేకపోయింది —
పత్రాల కోసం జరుగుతున్న పోరాటమే జీవితాన్ని మింగేసింది.

జీవితం అంటే ఎంత తేలికగా తీసుకున్నానో అప్పుడు అర్థమైంది.
“నేను ఒక CA అయినా ఇన్ని కష్టాలు పడుతున్నానంటే, ఓ సాధారణ గృహిణి పరిస్థితి ఏమవుతుందో!” అనిపించింది.

అప్పుడు ఒక ఫ్రెండ్ చెప్పారు –
“ఇప్పుడు నువ్వు ఒంటరిగా ఉన్నావు. నీ పేర మీద విల్ లేకపోతే, ఇతర బంధువులకూ ఆస్తులపై హక్కు ఉంటుంది...”
అప్పుడు తెలిసింది – విల్ (ఇచ్చాపత్రిక) ఎంత ముఖ్యమో!

కొన్ని నెలల క్రితం ఎవరో ఇలా చెప్పేవాళ్లు అంటే నవ్వేదాన్ని.
కాని ఇప్పుడు జీవితం పూర్తిగా మలుపు తిరిగింది.

ఎందుకంటే మన తర్వాత మన కుటుంబానికి తలనొప్పులు కాకుండా చేయడం మన బాధ్యత.

• ఇన్వెస్ట్‌మెంట్లు
• పీఎఫ్ మరియు పెన్షన్ ఫారాలు

పాత నామినేషన్‌లను మార్చడం మర్చిపోతాం — తల్లిదండ్రుల పేర్లు ఉంటాయి, వారు అప్పటికే చనిపోయినపుడు కూడా.

2. పాస్‌వర్డ్లు

ప్రతి విషయానికీ పాస్‌వర్డ్ అవసరం –
ఇమెయిల్, బ్యాంకింగ్, ల్యాప్‌టాప్...
మీరు లేరు అంటే, మీ సిస్టమ్ యాక్సెస్ చేయడం ఎవరి వల్ల అవుతుంది?
పాస్‌వర్డ్లు ఎక్కడైనా సురక్షితంగా రాసి ఉంచండి.

3. ఇన్వెస్ట్‌మెంట్లు

ప్రతి సంవత్సరం ట్యాక్స్ సేవింగ్ కోసం ఇన్వెస్ట్ చేస్తాం —
మీ వద్ద వాటి లిస్ట్ ఉందా?
అది కూడా ఎవరూ యాక్సెస్ చేయలేని ల్యాప్‌టాప్‌లోనే ఉందా?

On the southern side, the RRR alignment has been widened slightly.
