@OptionWell I've been successfully writing puts on ServiceNow. No problem owning this company long term if assigned. This is just another reason to remain bullish.
@mattvanswol Birthright citizenship has been Constitutional Law since 1868, and cannot be changed just because you don't like it. If you don't like it, get the fuck out.
@leevalueroach Your advantage still to this day is your time frame. Buying and holding from 2013 to today resulted in about 2000% return. Did average investors have any kind of advantage then? By your definition, absolutely not.
@Bobbythirdway@PrairieDogg_@EricLDaugh But when housing costs increase so do your rent costs. When you own, there's much more stability in your costs, not even considering the (small) equity you might accumulate.
@Cardkillah @SFR_Investor @pattiking@SlicerTimbo @kevcharlies @CaptainGeiger24 @mrstego1 @KolbysBryant @TylerThompsonAZ You can't eat your paid off house. Paying a 3% interest rate isn't being a shill to big banks. It's literally the opposite, when you can earn more in basically any high interest savings account. Big banks pay your interest and then some.
@SFR_Investor @Litesout86 @mrstego1 @KolbysBryant @TylerThompsonAZ It makes my heart hurt that there's all these people literally arguing with you over this. I fucking hate debt too, but if you give me a fixed 3% loan, I will borrow as much as you'll give me. Period.
