Pallavaram - Thoraippakkam road is a great candidate for such a transformation! They should have done such setup there even when they laid it in 2000s. But Highway officials didn’t have green mindset then! Hope they take some initiatives atleast now!

Madurai TIDEL was announced as 1M sq ft park at the cost of 600Crs.
Then came “Thindadum Trichy” hue and cry, which lead to split of that.
Now both places have half million sq ft at approx 300 Crores each!
