Here we go, boys and girls. 10 years to the day since Craig's 'reveal', go behind the scenes of the efforts to monetize his #satoshi lie.
With unseen emails, exclusive interviews & more, enjoy one of the most spectacular PR implosions in history, & much more, in #faketoshi vol 2
10 years ago today, Craig Wright's stage-managed PR spectacle announcing himself as Satoshi Nakamoto dropped. @gavinandresen and @jonmatonis published blog posts stating that Craig had signed #Satoshi blocks for them, before the #BBC and The Economist dropped their pieces👇
@theswansjr@OldCraig This is why you can't argue with logic. Anyone who believes that the earth is flat and phone masts spread COVID will either twist any supporting fact or just sweep it under the rug. I've largely given up. They genuinely believe that Craig is the victim of a global conspiracy.
@sportscliche Craig would no doubt say he has bespoke software that no one else in the world uses. It was probably bequeathed to him by Stephen Hawking.
Craig's doing his own proofing now (until they're found to be copied and pasted from other papers without crediting the author, where he'll blame that dodgy editing company that always crops up in such situations).
@Ckatoshi It was in an interview in 2020 - Craig said he was given three months to live, yet they miraculously cured him. Would have been one of these, but not sure which one:

One of Craig Wright's more egregious lies is that he overcame stage 4 skin cancer. At the time he says it was discovered, the long-term survival rate was low single-digit percentages at best. Kind of shits on people like Keegan who have to say a long and painful goodbye.
🚨BREAKING: Former Newcastle manager Kevin Keegan has got stage 4 cancer and wishes to say goodbye to his beloved Newcastle before he passes away.
“I've got stage four cancer. It's been a really tough time - I need to say goodbye to Newcastle United properly... just promise not to build a statue of me at St James' Park until I'm gone”
We are heartbroken to hear this news and wish his family and friends the best at this very difficult time. 💔
@BarrioEconomia@bsvsimp It is literally game-changing. The game has literally changed. If the game was one way before, it's totally different now. You won't even recognise the game, it's changed that much. It's like when Craig uncovered the fatal flaw in Bitcoin in 2019 that he promised would kill it💪
This is jus one of a number of outlandish fraudulent tax claims Wright tried to push through the ATO's refund schemes, totalling almost $20 million.
Read all about them in #fakeotshi.

@BarrioEconomia@bsvsimp Cannot wait! These paid shills think they know the truth, but Hollywood will BRING the truth.
Glad this is an independent production with no ties to Craig. I even heard that MasterCard and the ATO tried to shut production down. Wouldn't surprise me.
@bsvsimp@Kleiman1933 It really is scandalous that they were able and willing to do that to him. It's also lucky for them that Craig never furnished the ATO with the original documents and that he even changed his story to match the fake docs on many occasions. How lucky can you get?!
@Kleiman1933@tuftythecat And one more thing - if you read the book, you'll remember that Craig constantly changed his mind over the Tulip Trust - first there was one, then two, then three. Then thee was one that was updated. First, it contained BTC. Then an encrypted file. Then access to companies.
@Kleiman1933@tuftythecat I'm still not sure what this sort of content proves. So Dave sent you an email about bubbles that happened to arrive one year before the whitepaper was posted...so what? And Craig bought Tulip Trading Ltd in 2014 because it was formed in 2011 - the name was a happy coincidence.
@Kleiman1933@tuftythecat I also don't believe that Dave would have left you saddled with all his debts and died in poverty if he had hundreds of thousands of BTC. He could have covered these debts and had tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars left. And you found nothing about Bitcoin on and drive.
@jronkain@tuftythecat@Arthur_van_Pelt Craig did this all under the radar for obvious reasons. Then when he realised the ATO might go the Kleimans, he tried to get ahead of them and get them on his side, saying that the ATO was framing him etc
