ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କର ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ ଆଜି ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଦିନରେ ପହଁଚିଛି। ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନେ ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଧରି ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ସେବା ଯୋଗାଇ ଆସୁଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ନାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦାବି ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପୂରଣ କରୁନଥିବାରୁ ସାରା ରାଜ୍ୟରେ କଳା ବ୍ୟାଜ ପିନ୍ଧି ପ୍ରତିବାଦ କରାଯାଉଛି।

ଯେହେତୁ ସରକାର ଦାବି ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ କର୍ଣ୍ଣପାତ କରୁନାହାଁନ୍ତି ସେଥିପାଇଁ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୩ ତାରିଖରେ ବିଧାନ ସଭା ଘେରାଉ କରାଯିବା ସହ ୨୭ ତାରିଖରୁ ଅନିର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଟ କାଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟବନ୍ଦ ଆନ୍ଦୋଳନ କରାଯିବ।

ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସରମାନଙ୍କର ୨୦୧୩ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଥିବା ୬ ବର୍ଷ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ଚାକ��ରି ସୀମାକୁ ମୂଳ ଚାକିରୀରେ ମିଶାଯାଉ ଏବଂ ବରିଷ୍ଠତା ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ପଦୋନ୍ନତି ଦିଆଯାଉ, ୫୦୦୦ ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କୁ CHO ପୋଷ୍ଟ ରୁ ଫେରାଇ ଆଣି ରାଜ୍ୟ ରେ ଖାଲି ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ କରାଯାଉ, ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କର ଡ୍ରେସ କୋଡ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଉ ଏବଂ ସାର୍ବଜନୀନ ଛୁଟି ବଦଳରେ କ୍ଷତିପୂରକ ଛୁଟି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଉ। Outsourcing ସଂସ୍ଥା ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହେଉଥିବା ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ପୋଷ୍ଟିଂକୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବନ୍ଦ କରାଯାଇ ସରକାର�� ସ୍ତରରେ ଖାଲିପଡ଼ିଥିବା ପଦବୀରେ ଅତିଶିଘ୍ର ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦିଆଯାଉ ।KBK ଏବଂ KBK+ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଥିବା ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କୁ KBK allowance ଦିଆଯାଉ।

ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଲୋକପ୍ରିୟ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମହୋଦୟ ଏବଂ ମାନ୍ୟବର ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମହୋଦୟଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରାଯାଉଛି ଯେ ସମସ୍ତ ଦାବିଗୁଡିକ ଉପରେ ଠୋସ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଜରୁରୀକାଳୀନ ସେବାରେ ନିୟୋଜିତ ଥିବା ନର୍ସିଂ ଅଫିସର ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ନ୍ୟାୟ ଦିଆଯାଉ।
