@petespetes@abarber1 There is no difference. Only the fed can credit reserve accounts and reserve accounts aren't generally considered part of the "money supply."
@petespetes@abarber1 It really is that simple. The natural rate of interest on reserves is 0. It takes intervention to increase it, either by paying IOR (current) or draining reserves (prior to 2008).
