HVAC, SFRs,

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@realEstateTrent Watch mad men

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@ianncushing What about HVAC?

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@vannman26 I love SFRs... especially in the southern states!

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@hanslorei I wish I didn't live in Florida just to buy one of these.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@HML_Compounder @GoodsCapital Yeah, but none of the benefits of LA/NYC, etc... If there was some way to develop community there and clean up the drug problems.

In either case, 150 acres out there sounds serene for part of the year.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@HML_Compounder @GoodsCapital Actually not. I think with some good incentives it could become a great place to live:

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@Cernovich Welding skills applicable to HVAC & plumbing. Also, that is a terrible way to quote a job.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@ianncushing 1.5x-2x multiple for a services business... tops

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@TripleNetInvest BK brand went in the toilet.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@homeservguy Begs the question - how are you getting good help?

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@chip_setzer You have a travel agent?

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@JeeperJeremy Both tough when you're just getting started! Gotta power through!

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@Jason @chamath Ever heard of no show socks?

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@RobinCarlton3 Sorry to hear that

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@TripleNetInvest Sopranos and it isn’t close.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@JeeperJeremy Well that’s why I put other. No, no I don’t want that control

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@gas_biz you haven't lived until you get a membership to a good country club

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@JeeperJeremy It seems like most of the up-and-coming cities have this problem.

[Tyler Harrington @TyDHarrington]

@Cashflowaddictt @TexasDoughnut_ This whole concept is kind of silly. In either case chicago not being ahead of Boston, Seattle, and even DC is laughably absurd.
