There’s an entire movement online (and it’s massive) that advocates for the very thing Andrew Wilson (@paleochristcon) says doesn’t exist: hyper-patriarchy, “trad con,” “trad cath,” “it’s bad for women to have a job or vote,” “women should be in the kitchen baking sourdough 24/7,” and other “red pill” nonsense.
This movement often hides behind vague, misused (and that’s an understatement) biblical language and themes, but it is nothing more than a legalistic idealization of an era that never actually existed in the way its proponents claim.
Ironically, Andrew is a vulgar mouthpiece for this movement while simultaneously claiming it doesn’t exist. Anyone who has watched his content knows this (apparently except him).
The sad reality is that this movement is largely made up of young, impressionable, bitter men who are taken advantage of by online grifters like Andrew Wilson. These young men are often hurt by women, neglected by their fathers, and filled with bitterness as a result. Grifters like Wilson come along and offer them a bite of the red-pill apple: a false sense of control and “male leadership.” I can say this with confidence because I was once almost one of these men who fell for this wicked ideology.
@Lauren_Southern is absolutely right.
@FeastOnHisFlesh@NotJasTaylor79@Hyperborean_Nmd@RScottClark The “African American Church” came out of necessity due to initial segregation. Currently they still exist, but most modern churches/denominations that don’t hold those historical ties don’t brand themselves that way as it’s not necessary anymore due to integration.
@ReformedSaxon@NeilShenvi@elimcgowan@johnandrewwords@Protestia Bro we speak English. Bro is short for brother by the way.
You must be missing out on some great historical literature seeing as it’s not all updated and abridged to our modern language.
Hope this was understandable.
@ThePastorBurris YOUR PEOPLE ARE YOUR NEIGHBOUR:
Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against any PERSON OF YOUR OWN BLOOD, but love YOUR NEIGHBOUR as yourself. I am the LORD.

@wheresurhusband@plampts87@elimcgowan You should probably study basic logical fallacies before being concerned about women getting advanced degrees because your arguments are filled with straw.
Ebert perfectly encapsulate how I feel about much of Druski’s comedy.
Far from thoughtful parody, his skits often boil down to depicting the worst stereotypes of African Americans or other groups for a quick laugh.
Admittedly, it’s funny at times but it’s void of substance.
