@4FAngusBoy @PrairieClarity It is, and fed programs tip the economic balance to increase uptake of new technologies benefiting producers and GHG. I just don't see this one really hurting ag. Point is, the sky is not falling , and we should have the story straight before taking a position.

@clowe123 @RobSomerville1 If the purpose is to incentivize improvements (change), it defeats the purpose of payments if you're already doing something that makes sense for you. Its more complex though as not all EG&S outcomes are equal. Ie: C is different than SAR habitat, different approach needed.
