Staff loudly insulted me at “welcome desk”, doubled down by laughing and repeating it.he continued on his diatribe until management arrived and offered up a“sorry”.

My room @pantageshotel was dirty, without toiletries and door ajar upon arrival. They refused to switch me rooms, promised solutions and a manager follow up only to hustle me out before checkout after a night of headache and no sleep. @Hotwire never again!
