Today, I have certified Act 934 of 2025, which updates and strengthens a 2023 law that banned the sale and distribution of intoxicating hemp-derived products.

Thank you to our legislative partners Senator @Tyler_Dees_AR and Representative @jimmygazaway and Chairman @eubanksjon who were instrumental in helping get the bill passed, and I commend their commitment to protecting Arkansans from these dangerous products.
