Tired of local Politicians and Councils claiming they're working in the best interests of existing local residents...current Arun housing plan is unsustainable

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@rickygervais Niall could probably do with a hand at the moment...

I feel totally broken right now. The pressure is so big.

I just wanted to share what anxiety, depression and juggling so many things for the dogs feels like.

Hopefully it helps someone somewhere. A longer watch but its a big problem in society

Hi...@sainsburys....I updated my payment card for the delivery pass yesterday but it hasn't been recognised and refused payment...I've done it again today and would just like confirmation that it is ok...thanks

🚨 West Sussex County Council have signed off a £108m recruitment contract.

Yup, another multi-million pound recruitment contract handed out by the public sector.

West Sussex has a £200m shortfall in its schools budget… they could have wiped out half of that with this money.

They could have funded care for an extra 1,000+ elderly or disabled residents.

Instead, what’s it going on?

Recruitment agency temp staff.

It’s also 24x more than they plan to spend fixing the roads.

And while all this is going on…

They’ve put council tax up by 5%, claiming there isn’t enough money for services.

It’s a joke.

An absolute legend. 😂

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@gravedetective @militaryhistori Hope you're feeling better...If you're looking for something a little different...try "The Train"...never gets much publicity....

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@thisiswalberton @fishemansblues @WBFNDP On a bend as well...doesn't sound too clever...

[Social Democratic Party @SDPhq]

Terrible loss.

Both Labour and Tories have shown how little they value farming and the countryside.

The SDP would re-establish land-based colleges and invest in apprenticeships and mentoring schemes to aid access to farming, forestry, horticulture and other rural careers.

A27 Arundel bypass has been scrapped by Reeves....
#arundelbypass

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@WSCCNews ....you're not improving them...you're fighting a losing battle...until you actually start resurfacing...that you stopped doing 20 years ago...road surfaces have to be replaced...fact........

[Roddy @Tymeric]

Possibly a bit of good news amongst the gloom/fantasy...?
In the new Labour manifesto under fiscal plan...
"Deferring the A27 bypass"
I'm assuming it refers to Arundel ??..I hope so....

You said, Fuck off early”

@gravedetective Strangely enough....Jeremy Clarkson touched on this in the last series of Clarkson's farm...as soon as the lambs isolate themselves from the flock, the birds attack...

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@gunsnrosesgirl3 If it's the same on the other side of the Ferry...I'd be a tad concerned....

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@WSCCNews Frankly,the road surface through Felpham from Downview traffic lights to Snooks Corner is an embarrassment...certainly not for the faint hearted on a bike, especially at night...but it seems this is regarded as the norm nowadays...

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@SouthernRailUK So a substandard service....no change there...

[Roddy @Tymeric]

@WSCCNews The repairs done, no matter how good, are not sustainable....many road surfaces are now just breaking down through age...and some repaired surfaces are so uneven, they're dangerous to cyclists...
...with the added weight of electric vehicles...the problem will only get worse...
