Quite knocked in the brain because of Foster care at a very young age and the government did nothing about it so I love gaming & anime to keep it off my mind.
Not a Fan of Impersonators, you haven't had my struggles, my ups or downs, nor do you have the brain capacity to understand what goes on in my life to properly impersonate me so Good luck with that morons. Btw peeps who follow me I'm just putting this here just so you know okay.)
Holy shit Take-Two is issuing false DMCA Takedown requests against Gamers and X users just for talking about things that happen in the Leaks, ZERO ACTUAL FOOTAGE OR PHOTOS OR GAMEPLAY this is not only a violation of X ToS it violates the US Constitution and 1st Amendment Take-Two is completely out of control at this point and needs to be taught a lesson, don't backstab us Gamers.
This is more than just a Billion-dollar Company hiring Corporate Thugs and Private Goons to hunt people down and threaten them, this is more than Lawyers and Weaponized Lawfare, this is more than them trying to dox 100,000 discord users and a Corporation BULLYING literal children who stumble upon the leaks or even talk about it, at this point, this is an ALL OUT WAR against GAMERS everywhere and we need to band together and RISE UP against this CORPORATE TYRANNY and OPPRESSION.
We are Gamers...
And this is Gamergate 3.0
It really should have been this. Was just about to make a post how the story falls flat because the Warden has almost no personal connection to any of Requiem. Eddie did. Removing him from the narrative without the story being over was the worst decision they made going into bo7
@TheGamingRevo3 Eternalism isn't the best to write into game's narrative unless from a gameplay standpoint it makes sense like with you just playing zombies normally or such but whoever is writing the storyline needs to just do the proper story connections instead of only relying on retcons
"You can criticize Rockstar, but think about the developers."
Okay.
Which developers?
Because the guy animating Vice City's palm trees isn't Sam Houser. Sam Houser isn't Strauss Zelnick. Strauss isn't Take-Two's board. And BlackRock isn't designing GTA 6.
I went down the corporate rabbit hole to find out who actually controls GTA.
This one got interesting.

Funny because I seen people like Collective Shout who are trying to do the same exact thing in the cofounders comments she shared similar to this. They have no respect for any type of digital freedom or privacy and all they want is Internet censorship.
People saying the GTA 6 leaker should be arrested by the FBI and imprisoned for life but are awfully quiet about Donald Trump for his war crimes and everyone involved with Epstein. Very strange.
Some people want you to think this is a morally complex situation.
I firmly disagree. It's actually very simple.
To offer some legitimate criticism. It is entirely reasonable to question how Cyberleek actions are presented as a protest against the destruction of physical media.
For the unaware. Cyberleek as asked financial compensation to share the leaks via crypto payement.
However just like anything in our capitalist society. Time is money. So asking for compensation for all the time, effort and skills for his actions could be presented as reasonable to an extent.

What is unquestionable is that : Rockstar deserve this.
Just 2 days ago, Rockstar pressured discord into giving them an entire city worth of personal and private data.
People who have nothing to do with any of this.
The company who's biggest financial project is leaking is currently in the possession of this data.
Not only is this an egregious overreach and abuse of power, the idea that this information is safe with them is preposterous.
Since when do companies have the right to wield power equal to the police, a judge, the state for the sake of a "private investigation".
I fear we are walking toward a dystopian cyberpunk like future. We are only a couple step away from corporate assassination, if this is not considered unacceptable behavior and condemned by everyone.

On a more "meta" aspect.
Rockstar is the tip of the spear for a new wave of anti-consumer and anti-employee practices in Gaming.
>Basic feature locked behind preorder.
>Destruction of physical media
>Increased pricing
>Outsourcing coding to cheaper less qualified third world country workforces
>Various abusive termination and anti syndicate activity
I could keep the list going for a while.

From what I've seen. Depsite 11 years of dev time. GTA VI isn't that different from the previous entry and doesn't offer much novelty.
Which does raise question about what where they doing for 11 years ?
Where did all the money the game costed really went to ?
Why outsource to cheaper workforce with all that time and money ?
Why is this entry so much more expensive than the last one if nothing of substance changed ?
Etc...

I want Cyberleek to win.
Not because I really care wether or not GTA VI is good or bad. I'm not the target audience.
I want him to win. Because I want Rockstar and the video game industry to lose.
Since the end of the lockdown. All of the best video games have been from indie studios or asian studios. Outsiders of the AAA western environment.
Offering richer, better, fair priced games.
And the response of these big studio is to milk the players more. Treat the customers worse. Treat their employee as expendable and replaceable.
I want the current video game industry to die.
They are just rubbing in our faces that we will own nothing. Sony's downfall cannot come soon enough.
There will be much rejoicing when Sony is dethroned and they will have no one to blame but themselves.
Sure, let's trust a company with our user's data who couldn't even keep their proprietary software under tight wraps.
I wonder if T2 will get sued to oblivion by the end of their witch hunt. This is genuinely more interesting than anything R* released these past 10 years.
The thing about the GTA 6 leaker is he’s trying to put into publishers’ minds:
“If you go anti-consumer, if you do this too, this can and will also happen to you.”
It puts into the minds of the establishment that the more they push, the more likely there will be pushback. It holds them accountable through fear… and I’m not gonna lie, a part of me respects it
We’re so used to getting abused, used, and expected to accept the most disgusting policies and “shifting trends.” A part of me is kind of thinking… honestly? Maybe if more people pushed back we’d be in a much better spot. All of us. Not left or right or whatever the fuck. Us
At the end of the day it’s not You vs Me. It’s Us vs Them. All the bought politicians, the lobbyists, the anti-consumer practices, the laws slowly changing over time to remove restrictions on chemicals that kill you so food manufacturers can make more money, the constant pro-abuse of your health—always for massive profits… the unending thirst for more and more money that destroys YOU
If the question is “is it wrong?” I think the answer really depends. Is it wrong to stand up for yourself? Is it wrong to be abused your whole life by those who are allowed to abuse you by law, and finally do something about it? Even if that means hurting the ones who are legally allowed to hurt you?
