@EdwardJDavey @SW_Help, is there any possibility of introducing station staff and ticket gates at Chessington North Station. Evenings/weekends often involve groups gathering on stairs/platforms, drinking, smoking and playing loud music, plus regular littering. 1/2

@SW_Help What happens for those of us that had NO trains this morning in order to attempt a journey? Who had to be driven more than half an hour to a tube station in order to make it for work? “Do not travel today” is not an option when people work in healthcare. We can’t work from home!

@SW_Help So people are stuck on stationary trains for 40 minutes and you have no idea about anything. Maybe you should all start doing something else with your time and stop wasting ours. Don’t you have ANYONE at the station where your train is stuck who knows why they woke up today?

@SW_Help Why don’t you keep your staff updated? How can they have no idea what is going on and if the trains will move soon or not? Do we all just leave the train in the middle of nowhere or is it worth waiting for the train to be on the move again soon?

@SW_Help On the 7:26am train from Chessington North to Waterloo and still stuck in Malden Manor for half an hour now. Guard has no idea when we will leave. Any updates? I tap in and out on my apple pay. How do I use delay/repay?

@SW_Help And yesterday it was again a fault on the same one? 🤦🏼‍♀️ You would think we pay more than enough money on commuting to be able to keep your trains serviced and on tracks.

@SW_Help What on earth is going on with your service to Chessington? Impossible to commute to London. Full days of no service then yesterday 7:36 was cancelled. No word why?! Today same train cancelled AGAIN even though 20 mins ago it was service as normal. No word why again?!
