Cooper also mismanaged NG before Helene, costing lives. I doubt he wants to re-litigate his handling of any hurricane.

@MrsCleaverinnit Oversight has expanded, which is why more private schools are refusing to accept the funds now or going forward.

Performance metrics require testing, which is why many parents put their kids in private school, to get a better well rounded education, versus the focus on testing.
