@PetroleumMin @HardeepSPuri @TheSureshGopi What more is required to assuage that the OMCs, be it Public or Private, have completely failed to curb these nefarious criminals either by deceit or design pan Bharat each time they dispatch Petroleum Supplies to their Retail Petroleum Outlets - This criminal rigmarole has to stop now lest the national loss will continue to be bottomless - The OMCs have to be reminded that the Delivery of Petroleum Products are legally and contractually their responsibility and each dereliction has to be determined.
